Signed policy statements from Engr. Michael Sunday Ajayi, Managing Director/CEO.
We make workplaces free from recognised hazards likely to cause death, injury, illness or property damage; prioritise safety, health and environmental factors; maintain professional staff to monitor safety programs; and train employees in safe practices, holding every supervisor and employee accountable.
We ensure total quality management, satisfy client expectations, audit and review quality-control measures regularly, train employees on quality assurance practice, maintain a quality assurance focal point, and hold every supervisor accountable for compliance.
Environmental policy has a firm place in every project we undertake, formulated from local regulations and strictly followed by the respective manager nominated by our Operations Manager. We comply with all applicable laws, and in oil-and-gas operations, impose more stringent standards where applicable.
We adopt a collaborative approach with clients, stakeholders and design teams — defining a clear brief, a realistic budget, and balancing quality, cost, function, efficiency and maintainability through to delivery. See our full process on the Projects page.
